I made this for my family the other night. It was very easy to make and they loved it. I really liked how it cooks in half the time of most meat loaf recipes. The small portions are great for the kids. I left out the pork though, ( my husband is allergic ). This is a great recipe. I will definitely make it again.

Love this recipe! I do not like traditional meatloaf but these are one of new favorite meals! Easy, fast and addictive! I add chopped bell pepper and make them in muffin pans.

made this for dinner- it was great.. I used mini bread pan that comes 8 loafs. it was perfect to put the left overs in dishes for my husband and sons to take to work. every one loved them
