Followed directions the first time. After that, used barbecue sauce and added my owm extras. What saved a lot of time was putting the mini meat loaves in a square shaped cupcake tin.

This was very delicious. Hit for the family from the 1 year old to the 4 year old and my husband. Wonderful to have meatloaf in such a short time.

Finally I can say...I CAN make meatloaf!! I used just hamburger and didn't have bisquick so I used Panko. Although I will tone down the sweetness next time, we devoured them! This is a keeper!!

Not bad. Perfect recipe for a meatloaf beginner, but for those experienced in meatloaves, the meatloaf itself was a little bland. The sauce on top was very good. I would suggest using italian sausage instead of plain pork. Also, some bell peppers diced may perk it up some. Definitely needs some seasoning. Super easy to make.

As I read the reviews, I kept thinking, "C'mon, this is meatloaf. How good can it be?" Well, the reviews are correct! I made it just as written and we both loved these little loaves. So easy and so good - quite the combination!

My family loves this meatloaf! I added bacon to the top of the loaves. I also brush a little BBQ sauce to the top. This is very easy to make, this is a must try for beginners!

This is amazing!! Sooo good! My fiancé loved it ;) I followed the recipe exactly, just added some garlic powder, and made them in a muffin tin. I combined with some roasted carrots and garlic mashed potatoes. I add ranch to my potatoes, it sounds odd, but it adds some flavor and tang, and they are always a huge hit! This was super good and super easy and fast too!!

I may have reviewed these before but since I am here reviewing the recipe for our supper tomorrow night I thought I'd throw 2 more cents in! This is the best ever meatloaf I have ever made! And, trust me I've tried and tried and tried to find a good recipe -- this one is excellent in its simplicity and flavor!! Up to now, dh has always thought meatloaf was nothing more than a large hamburger . . . he was right. But, this is meatloaf done right. We are having it with a pan of 'heavenly onions' on the side and some kind of veggie! Can't wait . . . this is a MUST TRY recipe for anyone who is searching.

these were tastey...hubby got a kick out of the meatloaf muffin.. i did however think they were a tad on the sweet side, and I also used ground turkey instead of ground beef... all and all definitely a keeper!
