Ingredients

  • 1 lb stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 bag (1 lb) pre-cut fajita veggies (sliced bell peppers and onions)
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 12 tortillas from 2 packages (8.2 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Soft Tacos and Fajitas (10 Count)
  • 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups prepared seasoned rice
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican-style cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup pico de gallo salsa

Steps

  • 1
    Spray 3-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place stew meat and fajita veggies in slow cooker. Sprinkle with taco seasoning.

    Pour water over the meat and stir gently to mix all ingredients together. Cover tightly and cook on High heat setting 4 to 6 hours.
  • 3
    Spoon meat into flour tortillas. Top with your favorite toppings.
