Uptown Blues Wrap

The combination of blue cheese dressing and barbecue flavor gives this sandwich extra zing.

3/4cup blue cheese dressing
4spinach-flavored or plain flour tortillas, 10 inches in diameter
2cups cooked white rice
2cups (from 32-ounce tub) refrigerated original barbecue sauce with shredded chicken
4lettuce leaves
1jar (7 ounces) roasted red bell peppers, drained

1.Spread dressing on tortillas almost to edges. Spread rice and chicken evenly over dressing; top each with lettuce leaf. Place peppers on lettuce.
2.Fold 1 edge of each tortilla up about 1 inch over filling; roll up each tortilla tightly to make wrap.
3.Place wraps on microwavable plate; cover loosely and microwave on High about 1 minute or until hot.
