| 1. | Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.

| 2. | In large bowl, mix pasta and remaining ingredients except dressing. Pour dressing over mixture; toss until coated. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving.

| Rotini or juniorettes pasta can be used instead of the gemelli.

| Toasting almonds is easy. Just place them in an ungreased shallow pan and bake at 350°F for 6 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
