1/4pound thinly sliced prosciutto or fully cooked ham, cut into 1-inch-wide strips
1large mango or papaya, peeled, pitted or seeded, and cut into 12 pieces
12medium strawberries
1.Wrap strips of prosciutto around mango pieces and strawberries. Secure with toothpicks.

Success
Strawberries can become mushy once they have been in water, so wash them just before you are going to use them.
Do-Ahead Tip
Cut the strips of prosciutto and peel and cut the mango several hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate them separately. Shortly before serving, wrap the fruit in the prosciutto.
