1package (7 ounces) small pasta shells
2medium tomatoes, chopped (1 1/2 cups)
2medium green onions, chopped (2 tablespoons)
2garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/4cup chopped fresh parsley
2tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
2teaspoons chopped fresh basil leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/2teaspoon salt
1/8teaspoon coarsely cracked pepper

1.Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.
2.Mix remaining ingredients. Toss pasta and tomato mixture. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
