1bag (10 ounces) mixed salad greens or 1 small bunch curly endive, romaine or chicory, torn into bite-size pieces
1bag (6 ounces) lettuce or 1/2 medium head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
2cans (11 ounces each) mandarin orange segments, drained
1/2cup reduced-fat blue cheese dressing
1/3cup Betty Crocker® Bac~Os® bacon flavor bits or chips

1.Toss greens, lettuce and oranges in large salad bowl; refrigerate.
2.Just before serving, toss with dressing. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
Make the Most of This Recipe
Substitution
Use one can of mandarin orange segments and one can of pineapple chunks for extra flavor and color.
Planned-Overs
Save the juice from the canned oranges, and stir it into plain or vanilla yogurt for a fruity flavor!
Substitution
Use 4 fresh oranges, peeled and sectioned, instead of the mandarin oranges for a fresh twist.
