Summer Cobbler

Keep the heat outside with a delicious summer fruit dessert that's made on the grill.

1/4cup butter or margarine, melted
1 1/4cups Original Bisquick® mix
3/4cup sugar
1/2cup milk
1medium nectarine, sliced (1 cup)
1cup fresh blueberries
1/2teaspoon ground cinnamon
1.Heat gas or charcoal grill. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix Bisquick mix, 1/2 cup of the sugar and the milk; beat 30 seconds.
2.In 9-inch round foil cake pan, melt butter on grill over medium heat. Pour batter over butter in pan. Top with nectarine and blueberries. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon.
3.Cover grill; cook about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Wrap sheet of heavy-duty foil around outside bottom and side of 9-inch round foil cake pan. Heat gas or charcoal grill for indirect cooking over medium-low heat as directed by manufacturer. Place pan on unheated side of grill or not directly over the coals. (For one-burner gas grill, place pan on grill over very low heat.) Cover grill; cook about 40 minutes.

Substitution
Blackberries can be substituted for the blueberries, and a peach can be used for the nectarine.
Success
After the cobbler is baked, move the pan to the side of the grill to keep it warm.
