Do-Ahead Tip
Make plenty of these fun cubes ahead of time and store them in your freezer in large food storage bags. Not only will you have a fun treat for your guests but you’ll also have plenty of ice on hand for your party.
Success
Smaller strawberries work best for this unique treat, but if you have large berries halve or quarter them to fit your ice trays.
Variation
Make a Mixed Fruit Cooler by freezing several flavors of soft drink mix and mixing the cubes in glasses.
Substitution
Even frozen whole strawberries will work when making these ice cubes.
