Spring Flower Brownies

Dress up fudgy brownies with frosting and a simple cut-up marshmallow garnish.

1box (1 lb. 6.5 oz) Betty Crocker® Original Supreme brownie mix (with chocolate syrup pouch)
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
Colored miniature marshmallows
1container (1 lb) Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy vanilla frosting
1.Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Make and bake brownies as directed on box for 13x9-inch pan, using water, oil and eggs. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
2.For brownies, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.
3.To make marshmallow flower garnish, cut 4 to 5 slits halfway through each marshmallow with scissors; open slits to form flower. Attach 1 flower to top of each brownie with small amount of frosting. From green marshmallows, cut small pieces for leaves; attach around flowers with frosting.

Variation
Mini Flower Brownie Cups: Bake brownies in paper-lined miniature muffin cups. Cool completely. Frost brownie cups with green frosting. Make marshmallow flowers and leaves as directed in recipe. Place flowers on toothpicks that have been broken in half. Arrange flowers and leaves on top of each brownie cup.
