Make the Most of This Recipe
Do-Ahead
Make these fun roll-ups ahead of time. Tightly wrap uncut roll with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
Purchasing
Soft cracker bread is sturdier than a tortilla but more flexible than a pizza shell. Look for it near the pita bread in the deli section of your grocery store.
Variation
Vary the sandwich fixin’s to please your gang’s taste buds. Add extra veggies such as shredded carrots. Switch out the meat and cheese. Add zing with a squirt of mustard.
