Spicy Beef Pizza Pie

PIzzeria time! Use leftover roast beef and a few fixin's for a delicious dinner pizza.

2cups Original Bisquick® mix
1/4cup salsa-flavored process cheese sauce
1/4cup hot water
1/2pound cooked beef, shredded (about 1 cup)
1jar (16 oz) Old El Paso® Thick n' Chunky salsa
1can (15 oz) Progresso® black beans, drained, rinsed
1cup chopped tomato
4medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
1cup shredded pepper Jack cheese
1.Move oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 375° F. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.
2.In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, cheeese sauce and hot water until soft dough forms. On surface sprinkled with Bisquick mix, gently roll dough in Bisquick mix to coat. Shape into a ball; knead 5 times or until smooth. Press dough into pan, using fingers dipped in Bisquick mix.
3.In large bowl, mix beef, salsa and beans; spoon mixture over dough to within 1 inch of edge. Top with tomato and green onions; sprinkle with cheese.
4.Bake 28 to 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
