Spiced Cereal Trail Mix

Two organic cereals bake with dried fruit and a touch of honey and spice for a delicious munchy snack.

Cooking spray
3tablespoons honey
1teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1teaspoon water
1cup Cascadian Farm® organic multi grain cereal squares
1cup Cascadian Farm® organic oats & honey granola
1cup bite-size pretzel twists
1cup dried cranberries or golden raisins
1.Heat oven to 325°F. Lightly spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
2.In small bowl, mix honey, pumpkin pie spice and water.
3.In large bowl, mix cereal, granola and pretzels. Spray lightly (15 seconds) with cooking spray, tossing once or twice. Stir in cranberries. Drizzle honey mixture over cereal mixture; toss gently to coat. Spread evenly in pan.
4.Bake 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Store in airtight container.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.

Substitution
No pumpkin pie spice? Use a combination of 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg and 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice.
