Southwestern Corn-Cheese Dip

Ten-minute "app"! Melted peppy cheese and corn stir up into a quick and delicious dip.

1can (11 oz) Green Giant® Southwestern style corn
8oz Mexican prepared cheese product with jalapeño peppers (from 16-oz loaf), cut into cubes
2tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or sliced green onions, if desired
8oz tortilla chips
1.Drain liquid from corn into 2-quart saucepan. Add cheese; cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until melted.
2.Stir in corn. Cook until thoroughly heated. Spoon into serving bowl. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.
