Slow Cooker French Pork and Bean Casserole

Take pork and beans to a whole new level with country-style ribs, great northern beans and kielbasa!

2slices bacon, chopped
1lb boneless country-style pork ribs, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1/2cup finely chopped onion
1cup shredded carrots
1can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2teaspoon pepper
2cans (15 to 16 oz each) great northern beans, drained
1/2lb cooked kielbasa, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

Total Time: 3 hours 40 min
1.In 10-inch skillet, cook bacon, pork pieces and onion over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pork begins to brown.
2.Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In cooker, place pork mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans and kielbasa. Layer beans over top.
3.Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 to 7 hours.
4.Stir in kielbasa. Increase heat setting to High. Cover; cook 30 minutes longer or until thoroughly heated.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.
