Mmm! Beef stew with a little heat from chilies, chili powder and cumin.

1 1/2lb beef stew meat
4medium potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
1medium onion, coarsely chopped (3/4 cup)
3cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes with zesty mild green chilies, undrained
1 3/4cups Progresso® beef flavored broth (from 32-oz carton)
1tablespoon chili powder
2teaspoons ground cumin
1teaspoon garlic salt
1/8teaspoon pepper

1.In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, mix all ingredients.
2.Cover; cook on Low heat setting 9 to 10 hours.
Make the Most of This Recipe
Substitution
If diced tomatoes with zesty mild green chilies are not available, use plain diced tomatoes and add a 4.5-ounce can of Old El Paso® chopped green chiles.
Serve-With
Serve warm corn muffins with butter and honey along with this hearty chili.
Special Touch
Garnish chili with sour cream, shredded Cheddar cheese and fresh cilantro.
