1pound lean ground beef
1medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1/3cup chopped celery stalk
1/3cup chopped green bell pepper
1/3cup ketchup
1/4cup water
1tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2teaspoon salt
1/8teaspoon red pepper sauce
6hamburger buns, split and toasted

Total Time: 5 hours 10 min
1.Cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except buns.
2.Cover and cook over low heat 10 to 15 minutes or just until vegetables are tender. Fill buns with mixture.

You can make these sandwiches less sloppy by serving them in pita breads instead of the hamburger buns!
