How-To Make Roasted Sesame and Honey Snack Mix

3cups Chex® cereal (any variety)
3cups checkerboard-shaped pretzels
3cups sesame sticks
1cup mixed nuts
1/4cup honey
3tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
2tablespoons sesame seed, toasted*, if desired
1.Heat oven to 275°F. In ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan, mix cereal, pretzels, sesame sticks and nuts.
2.In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
3.Bake 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spread on waxed paper to cool, about 30 minutes. Store in airtight container up to 1 week.

*To quickly toast sesame seed, cook in small nonstick skillet over medium heat 1 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until light golden brown.
