1cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1 1/2cups boiling water
1tablespoon vegetable or chicken bouillon granules
1 1/2teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
1medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1can (15 oz) Progresso® dark red kidney beans, undrained
1box (9 oz) Green Giant® frozen baby lima beans, thawed, drained
1/2cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)

1.Heat oven to 350°F. In ungreased 2-quart casserole, mix all ingredients except cheese.
2.Cover; bake 1 hour to 1 hour 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir; sprinkle with cheese.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Use 1 3/4 cups boiling water.
