1pouch Betty Crocker® pumpkin spice cookie mix
1cup butter or margarine, melted
3eggs
1cup Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy cream cheese frosting (from 1-lb container)
1/2cup chopped walnuts

Total Time: 8 hours 10 min
1.Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only of 9-inch square pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, butter and eggs until well blended. Spread in pan.
2.Bake 33 to 38 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
3.Spread with frosting. Sprinkle with walnuts. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Use 13x9-inch pan; spray bottom of pan. Add 2 tablespoons Gold Medal® all-purpose flour to cookie mix. Decrease butter to 3/4 cup. Bake 19 to 22 minutes.
