Pomegranate and Poppy Seed Salad

Crisp, green romaine is the perfect base for this salad of red onion, pomegranate seeds and a creamy dressing.

Salad
2heads romaine, torn into bite-size pieces
1medium red onion, sliced
2cups pomegranate seeds
Creamy Poppy Seed Dressing
1cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2/3cup sugar
1/2cup milk
1/4cup white vinegar
2tablespoons poppy seed
1.In large bowl, mix all salad ingredients.
2.In small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients until well blended. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
