| 2 | heads romaine, torn into bite-size pieces |
| 1 | medium red onion, sliced |
| 2 | cups pomegranate seeds |

| 1 | cup mayonnaise or salad dressing |
| 2/3 | cup sugar |
| 1/2 | cup milk |
| 1/4 | cup white vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons poppy seed |
| 1. | In large bowl, mix all salad ingredients. |
| 2. | In small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients until well blended. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately. |
