Pineapple Salsa

Colorful and so fresh tasting! Serve this versatile six-ingredient salsa with grilled meat, poultry or fish.

2cups 1/2-inch pieces pineapple (1/2 medium)
2tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
2tablespoons lime juice
1small red bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
1small red onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
1small red chili, seeded and finely chopped (1/2 teaspoon)
1.Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl.
2.Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
