Pineapple-Orange Colada

1 1/2cups fresh pineapple chunks or 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
1/2cup frozen piña colada concentrate or Pineapple juice
2cups orange sherbet
1.Place all ingredients in blender.
2.Cover and blend on high speed, stopping blender to scrape sides if necessary, until smooth.
Make the Most of This Recipe
Special Touch
Cut 1/2-inch-thick wedges of fresh pineapple, and make a small slit on each piece. Place wedges on the rims of serving glasses.
Variation
For an adult drink, add 1/4 cup rum before blending.
