1/2cup milk
1container (6 ounces) Yoplait® Original peach low-fat yogurt
1medium fresh peach, peeled, pitted and cut up
Ground nutmeg
1.Place milk, yogurt and peach in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
2.Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Not a nutmeg fan? Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on these refreshing coolers instead.
Variation
Freeze the peach after you’ve cut it up—or use about 1 cup frozen cut-up peaches—for Peachy Yogurt Freeze.
