| 1 | head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces |
| 2 | medium oranges, peeled, sectioned and cut in half |
| 2 | kiwifruit, peeled, sliced and cut in half |
| 1/2 | medium red onion, sliced |

| 1/2 | cup regular or reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing |
| 1/3 | cup sugar |
| 1/4 | cup milk |
| 2 | tablespoons white vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon poppy seed |
| 1. | In large bowl, mix all salad ingredients. |
| 2. | In small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients until well blended. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately. |
