Orange-Poppy Seed Bread

Orange juice, peel and marmalade splash citrus flavor into a moist poppy seed bread.

Bread
2cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
1/4cup granulated sugar
2tablespoons poppy seed
1 1/2teaspoons baking powder
1teaspoon grated orange peel
1/2teaspoon baking soda
1/2teaspoon salt
1/2cup vegetable oil
1/2cup orange marmalade
1/2cup orange juice
2eggs
Powdered Sugar Glaze
1/2cup powdered sugar
2to 3 teaspoons milk
1.Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of loaf pan, 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2 inches or 9x5x3 inches, with shortening. In large bowl, mix all Bread ingredients with spoon; beat 30 seconds. Pour into pan.
2.Bake 8-inch loaf 45 to 55 minutes, 9-inch loaf 40 to 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
3.In small bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth and thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle over loaf, allowing some to drizzle down sides.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 8-inch or 9-inch loaf 50 to 60 minutes.
