Morning Glory Muffin Squares

Streusel
1/2cup Original Bisquick® mix
1/3cup packed brown sugar
2tablespoons firm butter or margarine
Muffins
2cups Original Bisquick® mix
1 1/2teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2cup chopped walnuts
1/2cup shredded carrots
1/2cup raisins
2tablespoons granulated sugar
2/3cup milk
2tablespoons vegetable oil
1egg

Total Time: 1 hour 0 min
1.Heat oven to 375°F. In small bowl, mix 1/2 cup Bisquick mix and the brown sugar until well blended. Cut in butter, using fork or pastry blender, until mixture is crumbly; set aside.
2.In large bowl, stir 2 cups Bisquick mix, the pumpkin pie spice, walnuts, carrots, raisins and granulated sugar until blended. Stir in milk, oil and egg until blended. Pour into ungreased 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle with streusel.
3.Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes before serving. Serve warm.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Use 2 eggs. Bake 38 to 43 minutes.
