Patties
2lb lean ground lamb
1 1/3cups soft bread crumbs
2/3cup dry red wine or vegetable broth
3/4teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
4small cloves garlic, finely chopped
Sauce
2medium kiwifruit, peeled, mashed (1/2 cup)
2tablespoons chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried mint leaves, crumbled
1tablespoon sugar
1tablespoon lime juice

1.Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix all patty ingredients until well blended. Shape into 8 patties, about 1 inch thick. Place patties on rack in broiler pan.
2.Broil with tops about 3 inches from heat 10 to 14 minutes for medium doneness, turning once.
3.In medium bowl, mix all sauce ingredients. Serve lamb patties with sauce.
