1can (10 3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup
1soup can water
1tablespoon instant minced onion
2to 3 teaspoons chili powder

1.Cook beef in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
