Total Time: 1 hour 30 min

Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle chilies, cheese and cilantro in pie plate.

Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
3.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with salsa if desired.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft)
Decrease milk to 1 1/4 cups. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve With
Serve this pie with tortilla wedges, salsa and fresh fruit for a south-of-the-border meal.
