4cups Green Giant® SELECT® frozen sugar snap peas
2tablespoons water
1/2cup peanuts or pine nuts
1tablespoon butter or margarine
1tablespoon honey
1teaspoon yellow mustard
1.In 1 1/2-quart microwavable casserole, place sugar snap peas and 2 tablespoons water. Cover; microwave on High 6 to 9 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking, until peas are crisp-tender. Drain.
2.Add peanuts, butter, honey and mustard; toss gently to mix. Serve warm.
