Honey-Bran Cookies

Cookies
1/2cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2cup packed brown sugar
1/2cup honey
1egg
1 1/2cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
1/2teaspoon baking soda
1/2teaspoon salt
1/2teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2cups Fiber One® original bran cereal
Glaze
1/2cup powdered sugar
3to 4 teaspoons milk

Total Time: 55 min
1.Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, honey and egg with electric mixer on medium speed, scraping bowl constantly, until smooth. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in cereal.
2.Onto ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart.
3.Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until set and golden brown (surfaces will appear shiny). Cool 1 to 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool 15 minutes.
4.In small bowl, mix glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over cookies.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 9 to 11 minutes.

Substitution
If you're all out of honey, you can use 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons water instead of 1/2 cup honey.
