| 3 | cups vanilla yogurt |
| 1 | cup chopped unblanched whole almonds |
| 1 | tablespoon honey |
| 1/2 | teaspoon almond extract |
| Fresh fruit, if desired |
| 1. | Mix all ingredients except fruit. Cover and refrigerate at least l hour but no longer than 24 hours. |
| 2. | Serve dip with fruit. |
