Honey Bear Dip

A little spot of honey sweetens this “beary” good fruit dip.

3cups vanilla yogurt
1cup chopped unblanched whole almonds
1tablespoon honey
1/2teaspoon almond extract
Fresh fruit, if desired
1.Mix all ingredients except fruit. Cover and refrigerate at least l hour but no longer than 24 hours.
2.Serve dip with fruit.

Do-Ahead Tip
Spoon dip into small plastic or colorful paper cups for children up to several hours ahead of time and keep refrigerated until serving.
Variation
Skip the nuts for a sweet and creamy fruit dip!
Success
Good choices of fruit include seedless grapes, whole strawberries and kiwifruit chunks. Banana chunks and pear and apple wedges (sprinkled with fruit protector or lemon juice to keep them from browning) are also yummy.
