Heavenly Mixed Greens with Fruit

1/2cup orange juice
1/2cup honey
1teaspoon ground cinnamon
1medium jicama, cut into 1/4-inch slices
6oranges, peeled and sliced
6kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
8cups bite-size pieces salad greens
1/2cup dried cranberries
1.To make dressing, in small bowl, mix orange juice, honey and cinnamon until well blended.
2.Cut jicama into star shapes using small star-shaped cookie cutter. In large serving bowl, place jicama stars, oranges and kiwifruit. Add salad greens and dressing; toss to mix. Sprinkle with cranberries.
