Grilled Corn-Stuffed Turkey Burgers

1 1/4lb ground turkey
1/2cup Progresso® plain bread crumbs
1tablespoon canned chopped chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
1/2cup Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ Niblets® frozen corn
2tablespoons Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa
1tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/2teaspoon salt
4slices (3/4 oz each) Cheddar cheese
4hamburger buns, split
1.Heat gas or charcoal grill. In large bowl, mix turkey, bread crumbs and chiles. Shape mixture into 8 patties, about 1/4 inch thick.
2.In small bowl, mix corn, salsa, cilantro and salt. Spoon about 2 tablespoons corn mixture onto center of 4 patties. Top with remaining patties; press edges to seal.
3.Place patties on grill. Cover grill; cook over medium heat 12 to 14 minutes, turning once, until thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 165°F. Top patties with cheese. Cover grill; cook about 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Serve on buns. Serve with additional salsa and chopped cilantro if desired.

Success
If you're using a charcoal grill, plan on about 40 minutes to prep the grill and heat charcoal to the correct temperature. Gas and electric grills will take about 10 minutes.
