Garden Veggies and Beef Salad

1pound lean ground beef
3 1/2cups hot water
1package Hamburger Helper® beef pasta
1large garlic clove, finely chopped
1small head lettuce, shredded
1medium green bell pepper, cut into 2-inch strips
1medium red onion, sliced
1cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/2cup Italian dressing
1/2teaspoon Italian seasoning

1.Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
2.Stir in hot water, uncooked Pasta, Sauce Mix and garlic. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
3.Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover; simmer 5 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes.
4.Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add beef mixture; toss. Serve immediately.

Do-Ahead Tip
Cut up the bell pepper, onion and tomatoes the night before serving. Store in separate plastic bags, tightly sealed, in the fridge.
Substitution
Bell peppers come in many colors. Yellow, red and orange are a bit sweeter than green or purple but work well in this great salad.
