Pass the sour cream, shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes for all the great tastes of a taco in an easy one-skillet pot pie.

Heat oven to 400ºF. Cook beef and onion in ovenproof 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in taco sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.

Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture.

Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Special Touch
Don't forget to top it off. Serve this savory pie with salsa, sour cream and chopped tomato, or go all out with guacamole and red pepper sauce.
