2packages Betty Crocker® Suddenly Salad® ranch & bacon pasta salad mix
1cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2tablespoons Dijon mustard
8medium green onions, chopped (1/2 cup)
2medium stalks celery, thinly sliced (1 cup)
6hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
1hard-cooked egg, sliced, if desired
Paprika, if desired

1.Empty Pasta mix into 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta; rinse with cold water. Shake to drain well.
2.In large bowl, stir together seasoning mixes (from salad mix), mayonnaise, mustard, onions and celery. Stir in pasta and chopped eggs until evenly coated. Garnish with hard-cooked egg slices and paprika.

Success
For foolproof hard-cooked eggs, place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water (at least 1 inch above eggs). Heat water to boiling; remove from heat. Cover and let stand 20 minutes. Immediately cool in cold water.
