Cilantro-Lime Salsa

Organic fire roasted tomatoes, chiles, fresh cilantro and lime juice make a fiery salsa in 15 minutes flat.

2cans (14.5 oz each) Muir Glen® organic fire roasted or plain diced tomatoes, well drained
1medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
2cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4cup chopped fresh cilantro
1tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2teaspoon coarse (kosher or sea) salt
1to 2 fresh jalapeño or serrano chiles, seeded, finely chopped
1.In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients.
2.Serve with tortilla chips as desired.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.
