Christmas Tree Brownies

1box Betty Crocker® Original Supreme brownie mix
1/4cup water
1/3cup vegetable oil
2eggs
Candy-coated chocolate candies
8pretzel nuggets
2or 3 drops green food color
1cup Betty Crocker® Whipped fluffy white frosting
1.Heat oven to 325°F. Grease bottom only of 9-inch round cake pan with shortening. Make brownie mix as directed on package, using water, oil and eggs. Pour into pan.
2.Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
3.Stir food color into frosting. Spread frosting evenly over brownies.
4.To serve, cut into 12 wedges. Decorate wedges with candies to look like Christmas tree lights. Center pretzel nugget on bottom edge of each brownie wedge for tree trunk.
Make the Most of This Recipe
Variation
Bake brownies as directed on package in square or rectangular pan. Make frosting, adding 1 teaspoon mint extract. Cut brownies into squares, and decorate with foil-wrapped rectangular chocolate mints, unwrapped and chopped.
Serve-With
Use a plastic knife to make cutting brownie trees easier.
