Chocolate Espresso Brownies

1box Betty Crocker® Original Supreme brownie mix (with chocolate syrup pouch)
1/4cup water
1/3cup vegetable oil
2eggs
1tablespoon instant espresso coffee (dry)
1/2cup chopped walnuts, if desired
1cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
1/2cup chocolate-covered coffee beans, if desired
1.Heat oven to 350ºF. Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with baking spray with flour.
2.In medium bowl, stir brownie mix, chocolate syrup, water, oil, eggs, espresso, walnuts and 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips until well blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips and the coffee beans.
3.Bake 28 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean or almost clean. Serve slightly warm for gooey brownies, or cool completely for easier cutting. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.

Success
Line your pan with foil when making brownies. The cooled brownies will lift right out, so you can easily cut them into uniform squares.
Special Touch
To cut the brownies into triangles, first cut them into squares, then cut each square diagonally in half.
