1box (5 oz) Betty Crocker® three-cheese potato mix
4slices (1 oz each) American cheese, cut into 1-inch pieces
2cups chopped deli rotisserie chicken (from 2- to 2 1/2-lb chicken)
1box (9 oz) Green Giant® frozen cut broccoli, thawed, drained
2 1/4cups boiling water

Total Time: 3 hours 40 min
1.Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 2-quart casserole with cooking spray. Place uncooked potatoes, cheese, chicken and broccoli in casserole.
2.In medium bowl, mix boiling water and sauce mix (from potato mix); pour over mixture in casserole. Stir to mix.
3.Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Cover; let stand 5 minutes before serving.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Increase boiling water to 3 cups. Heat oven to 425°F.
