Cheesy Herb Biscuits

From Betty's Soul Food Collection... A little bit of Italy and a whole lot of fresh flavor makes these mini-focaccias the perfect yummy snack or a just-right side dish with your favorite pasta dinner.

1can (10.2 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (5 biscuits)
2teaspoons olive or canola oil
2cloves garlic, finely chopped
2tablespoons chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
5tablespoons shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
1.Heat oven to 350°F. On cookie sheet, place biscuits 3 inches apart. Press or roll each into 4-inch round.
2.Brush tops of biscuits with oil. Sprinkle with garlic, basil and cheese.
3.Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
