Cannellini with Tomatoes and Sage

1tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
2cloves garlic, finely chopped
1can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen® organic diced tomatoes, undrained
1can (15 or 19 oz) Progresso® cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
1tablespoon finely chopped fresh sage leaves
1/4teaspoon coarse (kosher or sea) salt
1/8teaspoon pepper

1.In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until light golden brown.
2.Stir in tomatoes, beans and sage. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 5 to 7 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated. Stir in salt and pepper.
