Canadian Bacon and Potato Quiche

1Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crust (from 15-ounce box), softened as directed on box
1cup frozen country-style diced potatoes, thawed
1cup 1/2-inch pieces fresh asparagus
1cup diced Canadian-style bacon
1 1/2cups shredded Havarti cheese (6 ounces)
4eggs
1cup milk
1/2teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
1/4teaspoon salt

Total Time: 1 hour 25 min
1.Heat oven to 375ºF. Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie plate as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie. Bake about 8 minutes or until light golden brown.
2.Layer potatoes, asparagus, bacon and cheese in partially baked crust. Beat eggs, milk, marjoram and salt until well blended. Pour over mixture in pie plate.
3.Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

Substitution
You can use 1 cup diced cooked new potatoes instead of the frozen potatoes.
Success
Partially baking the pie crust before adding the filling helps prevent the crust from becoming soggy.
Substitution
Use Betty Crocker® pie crust mix for the refrigerated pie crust if you want.
