1/2teaspoon white pepper
1/2teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/2teaspoon salt
1/2teaspoon ground cumin
1/2teaspoon ground nutmeg
1tablespoon vegetable oil

1.Mix all ingredients except oil. Brush oil on both sides of 1 pound chicken, pork or beef. Rub with seasoning mix.
