Cajun Grilled Fish Steaks

Relish
1can (7 oz) Green Giant® Niblets® whole kernel sweet corn, drained
1medium plum (Roma) tomato, chopped (1/3 cup)
2medium green onions, chopped (2 tablespoons)
1tablespoon cider vinegar
2teaspoons honey
3/4teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/4teaspoon salt
Fish
4halibut or salmon steaks (about 6 oz each)
2tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2teaspoon coarse ground pepper
1/4teaspoon dried oregano leaves

1.Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix relish ingredients; set aside.
2.Brush halibut with Worcestershire sauce; sprinkle with pepper and oregano.
3.Place fish on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 10 to 15 minutes, turning once or twice, until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve fish with relish.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Grill over medium-low heat.

Substitution
Not a fan of oregano? Experiment with dried dill weed instead.
Success
Keep a spray bottle filled with water near the grill. Use it to douse any flare-ups that might occur.
