Chili Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4cup red wine vinegar
2tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2teaspoon chili powder
1/4teaspoon ground cumin
1small clove garlic, finely chopped
Salad
1cup Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ Niblets® frozen corn, thawed, drained
1cup diced jicama
1medium tomato, seeded, chopped (3/4 cup)
2medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)
2cans (15 oz each) Progresso® black beans, drained, rinsed
