3tablespoons sour cream
1tablespoon Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa
1/2cup guacamole
4pita fold breads (6 inches in diameter)
2cups shredded lettuce
1medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)
6ounces thinly sliced cooked roast beef
3/4cup shredded Cheddar cheese (3 ounces)

1.In small bowl, mix sour cream and salsa.
2.Spread guacamole over pita fold breads. Top with lettuce, tomato and beef. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with salsa mixture.

Substitution
For all of you turkey lovers, try deli sliced turkey instead of the roast beef. You also can use Monterey Jack cheese instead of the Cheddar.
