Whole-Grain Banana Bread I am appalled that you would make something that states "Whole-Grain" and then put unbleached white flour in it! If you are going to do whole grain why not be seriously healthy and put in whole wheat flour, whole spelt flour or whole wheat pastry flour even...it has more gluten to help the texture. This is the kind of fallacy that makes people believe they are doing something good for themselves and their family and it is still white flour! White processed food is simply not good for us!
